Does anybody think it will look real, or cartoonish, like Gangsters inc? I wouldnt mind seeing a real looking version and a faker looking one. And does anyone know if their making just one figure?
I really hope it?s the real thing, because I am big DISSAPOINTED with Mezco?s Blues Brothers! [img]frown.gif[/img]
I was hoping for BB based on the film and not those cartoonish styled figures.
So here?s hoping for real Scarface figures.

With the hellboy licence, i really think that Mezco is turning around their style! I love the Mez-its but their past figures have left something to be desired.
I am 99% sure mezco will crap this up, they sucked when they were "Aztec Toys" they suck now as "Mezco". Everything they've made is crap. One Hellboy fig being the exception.

I have the Reservoir Dogs set and the figures are killer, really cool, so include these in the "exception" list. [img]smile.gif[/img]
But yes I?m very concerned about Scarface after seeing the Blues Brothers.

they did get roth's likeness well, but the fucked up kietel so bad. They were okk, mcfarlane could do better if he got off his ass and got the liscense.
I think Mezco has made some GREAT figures. I just wish they'd leave the cartoony roto style for their own stuff (Gangsters, Dark Carnival, etc.)......
....they did a fantastic job with Rez Dogs (I thought the likenesses were all great), Austin Powers (where they delivered some really well articulated AP figs for a change), The Osbournes, Popeye, etc.........
Had they made the Blue Bros. even semi-realistic (like Dogs) those would've been fantastic too...........
silent screamers, reservoir dogs and 20,000 leagues under the sea were some of mezco's greatest stuff. as long as mezco goes for realistic with this licence, I think it will look fantatic. especially that mezco delivers the some of best paint aplications I have ever seen.
